One Year Chilli Ferment – Sauced

26th Jan 2023 I started fermenting a bunch of chillies with a few other ingredients. That video is here:

I then left it in the corner of the kitchen fermenting for one year.

This is part two where I turn the ferment into a sauce, and I used a combination of methods here, but was VERY happy with the result in the end! It’s a thick 9/10 hot BBQ-style sauce that made about 1L all up, and will be great with cold meats, cheese and crackers, or on chicken wings of course.
