I cooked rice in cast iron…

And it was not bad at all!

It was a cast iron fry pan, NOT A WOK, and I had some bacon fat left. I used basmati rice, as it was what I had, and just kind of par-cooked it to leave overnight and use in #EggFriedRice the next day.

Turned out WAY better than I expected, and I just eyeballed every measurement.

I’m not going to deny that this was inspired by Uncle Roger but I really did think he contradicted himself a bit, and could have done it better if he was in Australia! Enjoy his content either way, bloke is funny as shit!
