No words. Just fkn watch it – this was some of THE BEST egg fried rice I’ve ever tasted. Featuring BBQ. That worked bloody well too and took under 10 mins not inc chopping ingredients first.
Rough recipe
- Two handfulls of day old long rice per-person
- One egg per person (two is good too)
- Half a yolk extra per person
- One shallot per person
- Half garlic clove per person
- Shitloads of soy sauce
- Sprinkle of sesame oil
- Pile of chilli cut finely
- MSG to taste (plenty)
- Spring onion to garnish or flavour
